At Selezione La Vista “Verdoliva riserva”, our native blend is crafted from the finest Frantoio and Leccino olives, carefully selected and harvested by hand from our ancient trees. The harvest season, spanning from mid-October to the end of November, marks a time of celebration and hard work as we gather the ripe fruits from the hillsides, where our olive groves thrive under the Mediterranean sun. 15 years ago, we embarked on a journey to share the fruits of our labor with the world, starting with Germany my second home after Italy. Prior to this, our olive oil was cherished locally in Italy, but we recognized the opportunity to introduce our exceptional product to a wider audience. What sets us apart is not only the quality of our olive oil but also our commitment to traditional methods. We eschew modern machinery in favor of manual harvesting, ensuring each olive is treated with care and respect. This dedication to craftsmanship results in an oil that embodies the essence of our land and heritage.
