Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Manos Amigas”

I grew up among olive trees and wanted to take care of my father’s fields when he passed away, out of love for the land and the trees and out of respect for nature. I am the only woman living in Germany who still looks after the olive groves in Altura, my village in Spain. I travel to my village to take care of jobs that I can do with my own hands, such as pruning the trees in January or harvesting the olives at the end of October. My fields are registered in the Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community (CAE CV) and my oil is in the process of conversion.
