Our products are sourced exclusively from Balsarı, a family-owned business in İzmir, Turkey, with over 40 years of experience in olive oil production and export. Balsari was established in 1980 by Ali Balsarı, whose dedication to purity and quality laid the foundation for what would become a respected name in the Turkish olive oil industry. Over the decades, the business has grown with the involvement of his sons, Rahmi and Murat Balsari, expanding globally while staying rooted in family values, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Today, Balsari operates out of a modern facility in İzmir, producing cold-pressed, early harvest olive oils with high polyphenol content and low acidity—ensuring both exceptional flavour and health benefits.
